OK, so these aren't the best pictures to show what I've done, but I turned a Halloween t-shirt into a bag.
What I did was very simple.
Turn the t-shirt inside out
Cut off the bottom hem
Sew the bottom end you have just cut from end to end so that it is completely closed off,
Cut off the sleeves
In a scoop shape/fashion cut out the neck
The part that used to sit on your shoulders will now be your handles. At this point, you can either leave as is, bunch and sew so it's kind of ruffled or you can turn each side down and sew to make them flat and uniform.
That's it... all done!
