This is the recipe I used for inspiration, I rarely follow recipes exactly, I just use them as guidelines.
1 cup raw cashews soaked in filtered water for about 2 hours
1/8 cup water as needed for desired consistency
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup nutritional yeast to taste
3-6 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp agave nectar (optional)
4 teaspoons granulated garlic
Once my "sauce" was mixed, I put my kale in a large mixing bowl, poured this over it and made sure it was all over every piece of kale. The I sprinkled a little more nutritional yeast, sea salt and garlic powder over it while tossing it. Then I placed them in the dehydrator for 3 hours (my dehydrator runs @ 160 degrees)
